A. RSP is a new concept we invented for our customers. It is designed to enable all buyers participates to enter into a Rebate program through purchasing our product controlled by our database that designates monthly Rebate reposition to those who purchase our products on a monthly basis. |

A. No, it is not. The database program repositions and rotate those who are elegable for a Rebate Sharing each month. It is set systematically to rotate the entire Rebate Sharing system a quarter of a cycle, counter-clockwise at each repositioning. (See our "Flash Demonstration" on our website left panel) |

A. To participate in any
of the plans, you must buy at least one selected kind of our Coffee Beans
featured in a chosen monthly plan, paid each month. |

| Q. What is the minimum purchase to be part of the Rebate Sharing repositioning? |
A. By purchasing 1
pound of Bronze Coffee Beans for $15.00 each month you can enter into this Rebate
Sharing Plan (RSP), and you become eligible to participate in the overall 35% RSP rotation.
B. By purchasing 2
pounds of Silver Coffee Beans for $30.00 each month you can enter into this Rebate
Sharing Plan (RSP), and you become eligible to participate in the overall 40% RSP rotation.
C. By purchasing 3
pounds of Gold Coffee Beans for $45.00 each month you can enter into this Rebate
Sharing Plan (RSP), and you become eligible to participate in the overall 45% RSP rotation.
D. By purchasing 1
pound of Platinum Coffee Beans for $60.00 each month you can enter into this Rebate
Sharing Plan (RSP), and you become eligible to participate in the overall 60% RSP rotation.

A. Each month after the
Rebate Sharing calculation amount takes place by the program. |

Sharing payout? |
A. Each and every month, if you are due to receive
a Rebate Share based on our database repositioning and calculations,
you'll receive your accumulated Rebate Share payout for that month.

| Q. What happens if I cancel
my account before the end of the month? Let's say after the third week.
Do I still be in the Rebate Sharing in the end of the month? |
A. No, you will not be
able to get any Rebate Sharing in the end of that month. Cancellation of
the purchase removes you from the active database position to a "non-active"
customer area for this period plan. This is why it is important to remain
in the cycle each month.
You may cancel before the new monthly cycle starts. However, if you do,
you will enter as a new paricipant if you decide to reactivate
your purchase. |

Will I still be able to enter the repositioning system and get a Rebate Sharing? |
A. Yes, as long as you
continue the recurring purchases through your banking charges system your
repositioning and your Rebate Sharing continues to be calculated through
our system. |

in your Members area under "Rebate Sharing Detail". The best
way to find out how this amazing program works is to first join all of
the plans in our DEMO section and track your progress daily in the Demo
member's area. this will give you a glimpse of what would happen in a
short period of time without committing yourself or buying anything. (Please

the Coffee Beans I purchased for a refund? |
A. Yes, you may, as long
as the Coffee Beans are sealed in its original packaging; however, your
return and refund is only applicable for that month paid amount only!,
less the overall percentage allocated in Rebate Sharing given to you for that
month. (Please see our "Term of Use" in section "Termination procedure") |
